Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an Operating Room RN with cardiovascular (CVOR) experience to join the Surgery department at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. This full-time day shift position requires on-call readiness with a 30-minute arrival time and offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

The RN will coordinate patient care using the BSWH nursing model, assess patients, develop and evaluate care plans, and advocate for safe, efficient patient care throughout

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• 1+ years OR experience required.
• CV (Cardiovascular) OR experience preferred; highlight in resume.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care using the BSWH nursing model.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Ensure safe passage and minimize delays in OR.
• Collaborate with surgical team and physicians.
• Deliver age-specific, patient-centered care.
