• Current BLS-C certification upon hire or by end of orientation.
• Preferred: EPIC experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms.
• Obtain and record patient histories and vital signs.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, assisting providers.
• Perform clinical tasks to support ambulatory care.
• Maintain patient documentation in EPIC.

Education

Medical Assistant program

160-hour clinical externship

1 year clinical medical assisting experience (last 5 years)
