Job summary

Qualifications

• ACLS within 1 year (AHA)
• BLS within 30 days (AHA)
• Licensed RN with IL IDFPR

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessment and develop care plan
• Maintain accurate documentation for nursing care
• Provide direct CVMS postoperative care (CABG, thoracotomy, vascular)
• Ensure patient and staff safety and report hazards
• Collaborate with healthcare team and mentor peers
