Job summary

Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a Cardiovascular Med Surg Patient Care Technician. This full-time day shift (7a-7p) includes rotating weekends and holidays, supporting RNs with bedside care, vital signs, mobility, and patient comfort while upholding safety and infection-control standards.

You will assist with patient prep, transfers, dressing changes, and maintaining clean, stocked spaces. Required: CNA, NH LNA license, BLS within 30 days, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• CNA Certification is required.
• New Hampshire LNA license required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery.
• Provide non-medicated care such as dressing changes and skin protection.
• Keep patient areas and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness.
• Communicate kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality.
