Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs based on history, observation, exam, and diagnostics.
• Provide age-appropriate nursing interventions aligned with care plan.
• Foster caring and respectful environment for patients and families.
• Ensure health and safety equipment usage to protect patients and staff.
• Contribute to department performance through mentoring and system initiatives.
