Saint Mary's Medical Center in Langhorne, PA, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, seeks a Nurse Manager for the Cardiovascular Lab to lead Cardiac Cath Lab, EP Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Cardiac Rehabilitation. The role oversees ~70 FTEs, drives safety, quality, and service-line expansion in a faith-based system.

The position emphasizes transformational leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with physicians and senior leaders to advance patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure.
• BSN required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and daily operational management of the Cardiovascular Lab service line.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary teams across Cardiac Cath Lab, EP Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Cardiac Rehabilitation.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and evidence-based patient care while meeting organizational performance goals.
• Partner with physicians, directors, and executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and service line expansion.
• Monitor and improve quality metrics, patient experience outcomes, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards.
• Lead change management initiatives and support process improvement efforts utilizing performance data and best practices.
