Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist (PRN) to join our Cath Lab team. The role involves diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures, with responsibilities for EP Lab readiness and hemodynamic monitoring.

RCIS/ARRT CI and BLS/ACLS are required, with RCIS preferred. The RCIS must be obtained within 12 months of hire, supported by our team and resources. This is a PRN, 4 on 10-hour shifts, 6:30am–5:00pm with extended hours possible.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• ARRT CI and RCIS certifications required.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures in Cath Lab.
• Assist in electrocardiograms, catheterizations, and pulmonary functions.
• Prepare EP Lab for acceptance of cardiac patients.
• Scrub and monitor hemodynamics during procedures, including cardiac cath, PTCA, stent, atherectomy, peripherals.

Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist to join our Cath Lab in Jacksonville, FL! This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures in a state-of-the-art facility. The RCIS must be obtained within 12 months of hire, supported by our dedicated team and resources.

This is a PRN, various shifts opportunity. 4, 10 hour shifts Monday - Friday are offered with hours of 6:30am - 5:00pm with weekly extended hours if needed.

This Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging and procedures.

These include tests on cardiovascular systems of patients for diagnostic purposes.

This Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist will also conduct or assist in electrocardiograms, catherizations, pulmonary functions.

As a Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist you will be responsible for:

• Performing diagnostic imaging and procedures


• Assisting in electrocardiograms, catherizations, and pulmonary functions


• Preparing EP Lab for acceptance of cardiac patients.


• Performing technical duties including scrubbing and hemodynamic monitoring and recording of diagnostic and interventional procedures such as cardiac cath, PTCA, stent, atherectomy, peripherals.

Experience; Experience working in a Hospital setting Less than 1 year Cath Lab experience.

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma Required


• Associates Degree Preferred


• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required


• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required


• Registered Technologist in Cardiac-Interventional Radiography ARRT (CI) Required


• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT Required


• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Required


• Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required

This Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist will be located at Baptist Jacksonville.
