Job summary

Hartford HealthCare's St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport seeks a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCES/RCIS) to join the EP lab team. Provide quality support during electrophysiology procedures and maintain patient safety in a busy teaching hospital environment.

Qualifications

• RCES or RCIS certification required or preferred.
• 1+ year full-time EP lab or invasive cardiology experience with relevant clinical hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare procedure room and ensure proper equipment and supplies.
• Review patient information, transport and prepare patient for procedure.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic studies and EP interventions with monitoring.
• Perform scrub duties and maintain sterile environment.
• Enter hemodynamic data into EMR and support intra-procedural care.
