Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital – Frisco, TX is seeking a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist to help build a new state-of-the-art heart center opening Spring 2027. In this role you’ll assist physicians during catheterization and EP procedures, prepare the lab, monitor patients, and ensure high-quality care.

The position involves on-call duties and four 10-hour shifts (7:00–5:30) with rotating days off, plus training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or military training equivalence.
• Experience: Will train; medical background required.
• Preferred: 2+ years Cath lab experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
• Prepare room and equipment; monitor patient condition.
• Maintain sterile fields and equipment in lab.
• Assist with ablation systems, mapping, and documentation.
• Manage procedure reports and inventory.
