Job summary

Baylor Regional Medical Center Grapevine is seeking a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist/Cath & EP Lab Tech. The role involves assisting physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology procedures, preparing rooms, monitoring patients, and supporting daily quality control initiatives.

Eligibility includes an associate degree or 2 years of related experience; RCIS-related credential is preferred. On-call responsibilities include STEMI coverage with rapid response times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree or 2 years of work experience; RCIS-related program preferred.
• 2 years Cath, EP, or Vascular experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
• Prepare room and equipment, instruct patients, monitor condition, provide care during procedures.
• Contribute to training of team members and support quality control initiatives.
• Maintain sterile fields and assist with inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate resources and assist with on-call procedures and scheduling.
