Job summary

Duke Health's Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, NC seeks a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist to support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Cath Lab, EP Lab, and Hybrid OR. You\'ll work with physicians to treat cardiac and peripheral vascular disease.

The role requires certification in RCIS/RCES or equivalent, ACLS/BLS, and the ability to stand long shifts with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education in health science with related cardiovascular tech training.
• RCIS/RCES or equivalent certification preferred; ACLS/BLS required.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a high‑stress Cath Lab.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during invasive and noninvasive cardiovascular procedures.
• Maintain room prep, sterile technique, and equipment readiness.
• Document patient data and monitor hemodynamic parameters.
• Educate patients on procedure expectations and post‑procedural care.
