Qualifications

• Five years of experience performing interventional radiology procedures with at least one year in a cardiac catheterization lab.
• Possession of valid California CRT license and California Fluoroscopy license.
• Within two years of appointment, possession of ARRT CV/CI/VI or CCI RCIS credentials.

Responsibilities

• Directly assists physicians during cardiovascular, interventional, electrophysiology, and angiographic procedures.
• Archives images in PACS/CVIS and verifies correct storage, naming, and archive placement.
• Operates advanced equipment, performs measurements, indications, and troubleshooting.
• Tracks and bills procedures and related supplies.
• Performs scrub assistance, patient positioning, prep, and table setup during advanced procedures.
• Maintains rooms and equipment, adheres to HIPAA and JCAHO requirements.
• Provides on-call support as needed.
• Performs related duties as required.
