Job summary

BayCare Health System in Florida seeks a Cardiovascular Interventional Tech to support diagnostic and invasive procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab-MPH. You will scrub for cardiac caths and pacemaker implants, monitor patients with hemodynamic systems, and be on call for emergent procedures.

Minimum qualifications include ARRT radiologic technologist credentials or CVT, plus 1 year in cath lab-related fields; BLS & ACLS are required. This full-time role is based at Morton Plant with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Pathways include Radiology ARRT with 1 year Cath Lab experience, or Respiratory Therapy with NBRC RRT and cath lab exposure, or CVT program graduate with no experience, or 3 years Cath Lab work in lieu of formal education, or RCIS/RCES with 1 year cath lab experience.
• Active BLS & ACLS certification required.

• Scrubbing in for Procedures (Cardiac Caths and Pacemaker Implants)
• Using Hemodynamic System to Monitor Patient and Document Procedure
• On Call for Emergent Procedures
