Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a Cardiovascular Specialist to maintain and operate equipment for cardiovascular procedures and ensure accurate patient records. You will train new staff and participate in quality-improvement efforts while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires clinical licensing as listed and experience in cardiovascular imaging; strong teamwork and patient communication are essential. Day shift, full-time in Tavares, FL with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related health field (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• RN, RT, or similar professional license required or as listed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and operates equipment for cardiovascular procedures.
• Produces accurate medical records for each patient.
• Trains and supervises new personnel; provides orientation.
• Participates in quality and performance improvement activities.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safety.
• Maintains accurate and secure medical records.
• Responds to clinical emergencies and works within scope.
