Job summary

Sinai Hospital is seeking a Cardiovascular Imaging Tech to operate imaging and hemodynamic equipment during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures. You will assist physicians by preparing instruments, contrast media, and sterile supplies while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to radiation safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Cardiovascular Technology or Radiology Technology program.
• Registered Cardiovascular Technologist or Registered Radiologic Technologist.
• American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Prepare instruments, contrast media, and sterile supplies according to procedural protocols.
• Document procedural data and support radiation safety for patients and staff.

Job description

As a Cardiovascular Imaging Tech at Sinai Hospital, you are an essential member of the cardiovascular team, ensuring the safe and accurate operation of imaging and interventional equipment during procedures. You contribute to optimal patient outcomes by combining technical expertise with patient-centered care.

*This position is eligible for a $10,000 Sign On Bonus.*

Key Responsibilities: Operating and maintaining specialized imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures. Assisting physicians by preparing instruments, contrast media, and sterile supplies in accordance with procedural protocols. Ensuring accurate documentation of procedural data and supporting radiation safety standards for patients and staff.

Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology or Radiology Technology Licensure: Registered Cardiovascular Technologist or Registered Radiologic Technologist Certification: American Heart Association BLS & ACLS Experience: One to three (1-3) years of experience preferred

Pay Range: $29.97 to $61.74 Based On Experience
