Job summary

Next Move Healthcare in Naples, FL seeks a Manager Cardiovascular Imaging to lead daily operations of cardiovascular imaging services, including nuclear medicine, cardiac PET, ECG and monitoring. You will collaborate with radiology leadership to support cardiac CT/MRI, oversee staffing, workflow, quality, safety and financial performance for multiple locations to ensure timely, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine program.
• At least five years of clinical nuclear medicine experience, including nuclear medicine laboratory operations, radiopharmaceuticals and radiation safety.
• At least three years of experience with departmental quality control, state audits, case review management and accreditation maintenance.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Current NMTCB or ARRT(N) certification.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.
• Strong technical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead staff and resolve service concerns.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of cardiovascular imaging services, including nuclear medicine, cardiac PET, electrocardiography and cardiac monitoring.
• Partner with radiology leadership to support cardiac CT and cardiac MRI services.
• Oversee staffing, workflow, quality, safety and financial performance across assigned imaging locations while supporting timely, patient-centered care.
• Coordinate accreditation activities and ensure readiness for inspections.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and manage reports to support continuous improvement.
• Oversee equipment planning, installation, maintenance and upgrades.
• Manage budgets, labor, supplies and resources within approvals.
• Identify improvements to strengthen patient care and cost control.
• Recruit, hire, onboard staff and provide supervision, coaching and evaluations.
• Provide training and professional development for staff and modality leads.
• Ensure staffing schedules and time attendance; adjust resources as needed.
• Carry out monthly budget reviews and investigate variances.
