Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) required or Bachelors Nursing preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions and contribute to the care plan.
• Coordinate daily patient flow and communicate care plans with staff.
• Maintain documentation of patient assessment, changes in condition, care delivered, and education provided.
• Advocate for patient and family needs and ensure confidentiality and safety.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and professional growth.
• Mentor and precept new staff while upholding professional standards.

Education

Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse)

Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
