Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a registered nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process, assess needs, plan and implement care, and coordinate across care teams in a hospital setting.

The role requires an RN license (state of practice), ADN or Diploma (BSN preferred), BLS certification, and strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. On-site in Cincinnati with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (preferred)
• Valid nursing license from the state of practice (required)
• Associate of Nursing, nursing (required) OR Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment, analyze data and plan care.
• Create a plan of care, implement treatment and evaluate effectiveness.
• Administer medications safely in line with state practice and policy.
• Serve as patient safety advocate and coordinate care across departments.
• Incorporate the professional practice model and participate in quality improvement.
