The incumbent will collaborate with Cardiovascular partners, provide strategic guidance, and oversee training, risk assessment, and issue resolution within the HCC framework.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 8 years of business-related experience.
• 5 years in healthcare with knowledge of Health Care Compliance, federal programs, and FDA requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and trends and communicate complex information.
• Ability to influence business decisions and partner with peers.

Responsabilidades

• Review marketing strategies and materials to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Ensure activities comply with HCC laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Perform risk assessments and advise on mitigation actions.
• Anticipate compliance issues and propose appropriate actions.
• Oversee tracking mechanisms and provide guidance for evolving HCC environment.
• Assess training needs and develop compliance programs for employees and partners.
• Support accountability for compliance through risk assessment, investigations, and follow-up.
• Identify HCC, GCC, and privacy risks and engage with legal and privacy teams as needed.
• Communicate healthcare compliance standards and updates to stakeholders.
