Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Senior Manager, Health Care Compliance Officer, based in Danvers, MA. You will partner with Cardiovascular teams to guide health care compliance programs and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and corporate integrity principles.

The role requires extensive experience in healthcare compliance, risk assessment, training, and cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 8+ years of business-related experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare with Health Care Compliance program knowledge, FDA requirements.
• Ability to influence decisions and partner with business teams.

Responsibilities

• Review marketing strategies and materials for compliance with laws and policies.
• Ensure activities comply with HCC regulations and company policies.
• Perform risk assessments and advise on mitigation actions.
• Identify potential compliance issues and propose steps to address them.
• Oversee tracking mechanisms and provide guidance in evolving HCC environment.
• Assess training needs and develop compliance programs for employees and partners.
• Support accountability for compliance through risk assessment, investigations, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with HCC, Privacy, Legal, HR and Law Department on policy guidance.
• Communicate healthcare compliance standards to Compliance Committee and partners.
