Job summary

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (or post-secondary education) and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Experience and certifications in EKG or CNA are preferred.

Schedules and assists in performance of EKG's, treadmill, arm and bicycle ergometer, nuclear studies, holter monitoring, signal average testing, and personal wellness profiles on patients for the purpose of diagnostic cardiac evaluation. Patient type includes neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatrics.

REQUIRED

1. High school diploma, equivalent education (GED) or post-secondary education
2. Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

PREFERRED

1. One (1) year of experience as a Cardiology Technician
2. Certification (EKG, CNA or similar)
