Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- (RN) Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, manage and evaluate onboarding and orientation programs for nursing staff.
- Conduct orientation to facilitate a positive learning environment.
- Identify learning needs of staff and assess practice gaps.
