Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Science
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Nursing or related field.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate clinical trials and biospecimen studies; guide physicians and staff.
• Manage start-up, CTA/budget/CTMS reviews, IRB submissions, recruitment, screening and enrollment.
• Liaise between sponsor and investigators; act as primary protocol contact for team.
• Develop and implement training plans; disseminate protocol information to staff.
• Ensure laboratory requirements for specimen procurement, processing and shipment.
• Coordinate multi-site studies; track activities and QA audits.
• Mentor staff and participate in educational training plans.
• Maintain competency in research software and attend meetings.
• Nurses may provide advanced patient care activities as needed.
