Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with lab experience or two years college with science courses and one year lab work.
• Experience using Word, WordPerfect, and Excel; data entry familiarity.
• Knowledge of cardiology patient populations; ability to screen by phone.
• Experience handling biological samples (blood and urine) and protocol tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, sponsors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with communication between sponsors; conduct phone screenings.
• Assist with patient interviews and data collection; schedule visits.
• Maintain inventory of rating scales and screening instruments.
• Laboratory duties: inventory, processing and shipping specimens.
