Ohio State University in Columbus, OH is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator in Cardiovascular Medicine to coordinate daily clinical research activities on-site. You will recruit, enroll, and educate patients; schedule visits and tests and help manage data per protocol.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of related experience, with potential travel within the Columbus area. On-site work, 40 hours weekly, first shift.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in biological/medical field required.
• 1 year of relevant clinical research experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology desired; background check required.
• Background check and possible pre-employment physical may be required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and perform daily clinical research activities per approved protocols.
• Identify eligible patients, recruit, interview and enroll participants.
• Obtain informed consent and educate patients/families on study purpose and processes.
• Schedule visits, procedures and diagnostic tests per protocol.
• Collect, process and evaluate biological samples; assist data coding and analysis.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and notify appropriate personnel; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support IRB/FDA and sponsor regulatory reviews; assist with protocol development.
