Qualifications

• RN licensure in Rhode Island is required.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with active Rhode Island license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; leadership/quality improvement experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily operational activities for Cardiac Surgery and Structural Heart Clinic.
• Leads development and evaluation of administrative standards, workflows, and procedures.
• Liaises between hospital, Cardiac Surgery Clinic, and CVI leadership.
• Supports physicians, APPs, admin teams with operational follow-up.
• Develops and tracks quality, access, and satisfaction measures.
• Organizes outreach and education logistics for health professionals.
