Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Rhode Island required.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with current license to practice as an RN in Rhode Island.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Three years cardiovascular, critical care, procedural, ambulatory, or related nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily operational activities for the Cardiac Surgery and Structural Heart Clinic.
• Develops, validates, implements, and evaluates administrative standards, workflows, policies, procedures, and critical paths.
• Acts as liaison between the hospital, Cardiac Surgery and Structural Heart Clinic, and other areas of the CVI.
• Provides operational follow-up to physicians, APPs, administrative teams, and CVI leadership.
• Works with Medical Directors and CVI leadership to develop and track quality, access, operational, and satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to communicate operational updates and timeline changes.
• Mentors staff and supports performance evaluations and staff development.
• Develops capital and operational budgets with focus on growth, staffing, and equipment.
