Job summary

HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, IL is seeking a Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist to join the dedicated Cardiac Cath Lab team.

The role supports physicians during invasive and diagnostic/interventional procedures across cardiac, vascular, neuro, and electrophysiology disciplines, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care. Eligible candidates hold an Associate degree in radiologic technology and ARRT RT(R) certification, with 2 years Cath Lab experience; must be licensed

Qualifications

• Associates degree in radiologic technology or related certificate is required.
• Licensure as Radiographer in state of practice and ARRT RT(R) certification required.
• 2 years of cath lab or similar experience; cross-training across procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support physicians during invasive and diagnostic/interventional cardiac, vascular, neuro, and electrophysiology procedures with safe, high-quality patient care.
• Rotate to perform at least three functional skill sets as delegated in diagnostic or interventional cases.
• Maintain licensure and certifications; ensure readiness of equipment and patient prep.
