Job summary

SCA Health, part of Optum, seeks a Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist to deliver safe, high‑quality cardiac services in a busy cath lab. You will scrub, assist physicians, monitor hemodynamics, and ensure equipment readiness with strict adherence to safety and documentation standards.

Candidates should have AMA‑approved radiologic technology education or RCIS, ARRT/RCIS cert, BLS and ACLS, and 3–5 years of cath lab experience. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an AMA approved school of Radiological Technology or RCIS program; AS/BS degree preferred.
• ARRT or RCIS Certification required.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• 3–5 years of cardiac cath lab experience.
• Able to scrub, monitor and assist in all cath lab procedures including pacemaker, vascular and cardiac cases.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, perform safe cardiac procedures and maintain records.
• Scrub and assist physicians with cardiac, vascular and IR procedures.
• Maintain hemodynamic monitoring and ensure sterile technique during procedures.
• Prepare supplies, equipment and medications prior to procedures.
• Promote patient safety and effective communication with team members.
