Job summary
AdventHealth Denver seeks a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist to support diagnostic and interventional catheterization, pacemaker/defibrillator implantation, and electrophysiology studies. You will evaluate patient status, troubleshoot equipment, and assist physicians under supervision, delivering compassionate care across the cardiovascular lab.
Requires RCIS or RCES certification or equivalent, ACLS/BLS, and experience in cardiac cath lab.

Responsibilities
- Adjusts approach based on patient and family understanding of test procedures and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions or patient issues.
- Prioritizes clinical and administrative work independently and identify process improvements.
- Assists physicians in performing specialized cardiovascular procedures, including diagnostic and interventional catheterization, pacemaker/defibrillator implantation, intra-aortic balloon pump operation, and electrophysiology studies.
- Evaluates and documents patient status, responding appropriately to ensure optimal outcomes.
