Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist to support catheterization and electrophysiology lab procedures in a high‑volume setting. The role involves room prep, patient instruction, and real‑time monitoring during procedures.

Candidates should have an Associate degree or military training equivalent, and must possess CVIS or ARRT credentials. On‑call duties include weekly and 6‑week weekend shifts. New grads with MRI experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or military-equivalent credentials.
• Willing to consider new grads, or MRI‑experienced candidates who have graduated and passed boards.
• Must hold CVIS or ARRT certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
• Prepare room and equipment and monitor patient condition.
• Provide routine and emergency care during procedures and document outcomes.
• Support orientation and training of other team members.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and sterile fields in procedure rooms.
• Assist with quality control initiatives and data collection.
