UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the Heart, Lung, and Vascular team and help develop a new cardiovascular access and triage model. The APP will assess patient needs and connect patients with the appropriate cardiovascular subspecialty and provider.

This full-time, clinic-based position requires a minimum of two years of cardiovascular APP experience, NCCPA certification, and Texas licensure.

Competenze

• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in cardiovascular medicine.
• NCCPA certification and Texas licensure (PA) or APRN licensure with prescriptive authority.

Mansioni

• Conducts and documents comprehensive physical examinations.
• Develops and evaluates the patient plan of care with appropriate orders and studies.
• Demonstrates proficiency in clinical and procedural skills relevant to cardiovascular practice.
• Provides management, referrals, and education to patients and caregivers.
• Participates in quality initiatives and clinical research protocols to improve care delivery.
• Collaborates on research projects and applies evidence-based practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
