CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a hospital-based cardiothoracic surgical assistant to support operating room and inpatient care.

You will work closely with cardiothoracic surgeons and APPs across a range of procedures, contributing to efficient patient flow and quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include assisting with open-heart, thoracic, and robotic procedures, performing vascular harvesting and bedside support, and providing inpatient rounding and postoperative management.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical surgical assistance capabilities for cardiothoracic and thoracic cases.
• Competence in vascular harvesting and bedside procedure support.
• Ability to manage postoperative care and contribute to inpatient rounding.
• Effective teamwork and communication with surgeons and APPs.
