Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its Cardiothoracic Surgery team. The role includes hospital and ICU rounding, intraoperative assistance, vein harvesting, and patient follow‑up visits.

The position requires an Idaho license or ability to obtain one, with preferred experience in cardiothoracic surgery and collaboration with two CT surgeons and two APPs. On-call coverage is included, with rotating days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid Idaho license or ability to obtain one.
• Preferred experience in a cardiothoracic surgery setting.
• Team collaboration with 2 CT surgeons and 2 APPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑assists in surgical procedures.
• Perform vein harvesting.
• Rounding in the hospital and ICU.
• Conduct follow‑up office visits.
• Answer 1:3 call and participate in rotating days, nights, and weekends.
