Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID seeks a cardiac Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to serve as first assist in all cardiac and thoracic operations and to manage the CVICU and step-down unit. This full-time role supports a growing multi-specialty medical group and collaborates with Cardiothoracic Surgeons.

The ideal candidate holds Idaho PA/NP licensure with DEA and is experienced in cardiac disease management; Oregon licensure may be pursued to support cross-system care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Idaho PA or NP license and DEA/CS registrations.
• Vein harvest experience required.
• Experience in cardiac disease management in a hospital setting.
• Willingness to obtain Oregon medical licensure to support system-wide care.

Responsibilities

• First assist in all cardiac and thoracic operations.
• Manage the CVICU and the step-down unit.
• Collaborate with Cardiothoracic Surgeons and interdisciplinary teams.
