Position Summary

Orlando Health is seeking aboard-certified Cardiothoracic Surgeonto join four full-time cardiac surgeons at the Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-fellowship experience, and extensive experience performing ventricular assist device (VAD) procedures. Candidates with recent heart transplant experience are strongly preferred. A strong commitment to quality outcomes, patient care, communication, and teamwork, along with the ability to successfully navigate through the complex field of cardiac surgery is critical for this position.

The Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute is a collaborative effort between over sixty cardiologists, eleven vascular surgeons, and four cardiothoracic surgeons to provide the highest level of healthcare for their patients.
