Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute seeks a Board-Certified Cardiac Surgeon for a leadership role as Chief of the Cardiac Surgery Program. The selected physician will drive operations and strategy, collaborating with surgical and medical cardiology teams to expand services and build referrals.

The Chief will work clinically with four other surgeons, advancing a comprehensive program inside a physician-led system committed to compassionate care and innovation.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Minimum of five (5) years post-fellowship clinical experience with demonstrated record in excellent outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Vision and Program Development: guide systemic growth of cardiac surgery within the Orlando Health system.
• Collaborative Team Leadership: integrate with a mature team of cardiac surgeons to elevate care.
• Teaching & Mentorship: provide mentorship within the cardiac surgery program and residencies/fellowships.
