Job summary

LocumTenens.com seeks a Cardiothoracic Surgery DNP to provide locum tenens coverage in Missouri following the resignation of a full-time staff member. The clinician will staff inpatient and operating room services, with first assist, rounding, and cardiothoracic procedures as required.

This on-site assignment requires prescriptive authority and EPIC EMR documentation, with a Monday through Monday rotation on an every-other-week schedule, night shift and 24-hour call.

Qualifications

• Cardiothoracic Surgery DNP required for locum tenens coverage.
• Prescriptive authority is required.
• Credentialing is estimated at four to five weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiothoracic surgery coverage in inpatient and operating room settings.
• First assisting and rounding during cardiothoracic procedures as required.
• Document all clinical activities in the EPIC EMR system.
