CHI Health Clinic in Omaha, NE seeks a Cardiothoracic Surgery Unit Advanced Practice Provider to join a growing team delivering critical cardiovascular care. You will round on hospitalized patients and perform assessments for pre/post-operative care, collaborating closely with the Division Chief of Cardiac Surgery and other clinicians.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong bedside skills, and commitment to high-quality patient care within a dedicated critical care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited advanced practice training program (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant).
• Active or eligible Nebraska license and board eligibility or certification.
• Strong bedside and floor skills; proven ability to interact with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• R rounds on hospitalized patients and perform critical care cardiovascular assessments for pre/post-operative patients.
• Collaborate with the Division Chief of Cardiac Surgery and physician team for care decisions.
• Contribute to high-quality, compassionate care delivery as part of a multidisciplinary critical care team.
