Job summary

Ochsner Health seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon for Lafayette, Louisiana, joining a well-established cardiac surgery program. Responsibilities include valve replacements, CABG, and TAVR within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Accredited Cardiovascular Surgery Fellowship training required.
• Board certification or eligible status required.
• Experience in adult cardiac surgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Emphasis on all aspects of adult cardiac surgery including valve replacements, CABG, and TAVR.
• Clinic-based position with dedicated OR time.
• Multidisciplinary clinics across the health system.
• Call rotation and on-site hospitalist support.
