Job summary

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital in Orange Park, FL is seeking a full-time Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a growing heart program. The role emphasizes collaboration with cardiology teams and a focus on advanced therapies.

The incoming surgeon will work within a multidisciplinary environment, benefiting from a robotics platform, dedicated CV ORs and a CVICU, and will contribute to ongoing clinical research and program expansion.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in cardiothoracic surgery.
• Fellowship training in adult cardiac surgery preferred.
• Proficient in all aspects of adult cardiothoracic surgery.
• Experience with multi-arterial CABG, minimally invasive coronary surgery, MIDCAB, and/or TECAB interest desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interventional and noninvasive cardiology teams in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Support a growing structural heart and advanced valve program.
• Work within a dedicated cardiovascular ORs and CVICU to provide full spectrum therapies.
