Physicians Regional Healthcare System in Naples, Florida is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a top-tier surgical team at Pine Ridge Hospital. You will help build and lead a growing cardiovascular and thoracic program with an integrated team of CT surgeons and APPs.

The role offers access to robotic systems (Da Vinci), VATS, and a Hybrid Suite for advanced procedures, with a busy case mix and strong collaboration with cardiology.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in cardiothoracic surgery.
• Experienced in CT surgery and thoracic procedures.
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery.

Responsibilities

• Help build and lead a growing cardiovascular and thoracic program.
• Collaborate with a strong cardiology group for joint decision-making.
• Provide call coverage with a 1:3 CT call schedule.
• Oversee APP-backed inpatient care and surgical workflows.
