Banner Health’s cardiovascular surgery program in the West Valley Phoenix metro area is seeking a cardiothoracic surgeon to join a cohesive, high-volume team. The role spans clinic and OR duties, with a 1:4 shared call schedule and strong support from advanced practice providers.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in thoracic and cardiac surgery.
• Completion of accredited cardiothoracic fellowship.
• 3+ years experience post fellowship.
• Current AZ license/DEA or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiothoracic surgical care in a high-volume practice.
• Participate in 1:4 call rotation (minimum 7 shifts per month).
• Clinic 1 day per week; OR 4 days per week.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers in clinic, hospital, and OR settings.
