Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon for its cardiovascular surgery program at Banner Boswell Medical Center in the West Valley Phoenix metro area. The program is nationally recognized with a history of excellence, comprehensive care, and access to advanced imaging and surgical technologies.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in thoracic and cardiac surgery is required.
• Completion of an accredited cardiothoracic fellowship is required.
• Minimum 3 years post fellowship experience requested.
• Current AZ license and DEA or ability to obtain are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiothoracic surgical care for patients.
• Collaborate with a cohesive team of surgeons and advanced practice providers.
• Share call rotation (1:4) with a minimum of 7 shifts per month.
• Clinic one day per week; OR four days per week.

Education
