Job summary

Locum Tenens.com is seeking a cardiothoracic surgeon for a 24-hour call, inpatient assignment at a Level II trauma center in Ogden, Utah. The clinician will provide exclusive on-site coverage and manage cardiovascular and thoracic patients during each coverage period.

Expect approximately 10-12 patients weekly with 3-5 consultations and 1-3 surgeries per week; on-site support includes an APP, MA, MOS and RN. Prescriptive authority is required for this assignment.

Qualifications

• MD with board certification (negotiable)

Responsibilities

• Provide exclusive 24-hour call coverage at a Level II trauma center.
