LocumTenens.com is seeking a cardiothoracic surgeon for a 24-hour call assignment in Florida. The hospital-based facility covers inpatient, operating room, and emergency room services with on-site support to ensure continuous cardiothoracic coverage.

The clinician will perform adult cardiac and thoracic procedures, including CABG and valve repair/replacement, and provide postoperative management and inpatient consultations. Prescriptive authority is required for this assignment.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery is negotiable.
• Prescriptive authority may be required for duties.

Responsabilités

• Perform adult cardiac and thoracic procedures including CABG and valve repair/replacement.
• Provide 24-hour call coverage across inpatient, operating room, and emergency settings.
• Manage postoperative patients and inpatient consultations.
• Be available for emergent consultations and operative cases during assigned call periods.
