Job summary

Virginia Commonwealth University Health's School of Medicine Radiology division is seeking a full-time Cardiothoracic Radiologist to provide specialized cardiovascular imaging interpretation across modalities for a large academic center. Qualifications

ABR certification or documentation of passing the Core Component of the ABR Board examination.
Fellowship trained in Cardiothoracic Radiology with an interest in teaching and research.
Eligible for Virginia medical license; eligible for permanent employment in the USA.

Responsibilities

Teaching – Provide training to medical students, residents and fellows in the Department of Radiology.
Clinical – Provide high quality, sub-specialized imaging interpretations for assigned modalities in support of referring physicians and patients.
Scholarly Activities – Faculty are encouraged to participate in activities related to national societies and organizations to maintain clinical excellence.
Service – Time and effort devoted to academic service-related activities, committee work and professional growth.
