Job summary

Jefferson Health Northeast is seeking a registered nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care in an acute care setting at our Philadelphia area location. The role emphasizes the nursing process, individualized care plans, and collaboration with designated care partners.

The RN will apply evidence-based practice, communicate effectively with patients and families, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• BSN strongly preferred within 3 years of hire.
• Experience as an RN in an acute care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and care planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and patient education.
