Job summary

Jefferson Health Northeast is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with patients, families, and the health care team to develop and implement individualized care plans within a diverse urban setting.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based nursing care, educating patients and families, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. A BSN is preferred, and current RN licensure in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN or higher preferred within 3 years of hire.
• RN license active and in good standing.
• Experience in acute care preferred.
