AdventHealth Medical Group Cardiothoracic Surgery at Celebration is seeking an experienced APRN or PA-C for a full-time role in a collaborative team. You will provide comprehensive cardiothoracic care across outpatient and inpatient settings alongside Dr.

Linda Bogar, contributing to patient-centered care and outcomes. This position emphasizes continuity of care, strong physician collaboration, and impact across the patient care journey.

Qualifications

• Previous cardiothoracic or CT Surgery experience.
• Ability to provide care in both outpatient and inpatient environments.
• Strong clinical judgment and confidence managing cardiothoracic surgery patients.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to team-based care.
• Strong communication and care-coordination skills.
• Dedication to compassionate, whole-person care.
• This opportunity is intended for an experienced APP and is not currently open to new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients with cardiothoracic conditions and comorbidities.
• Coordinate care plans and patient education to support recovery and long-term cardiovascular health.
• Support ongoing management after heart or lung transplantation.
• Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage patients across outpatient and inpatient settings to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, recovery, and long-term care.
